"Although our experience didn't start off right , the owner, Tony, called within a few minutes of my initial review and offered to do the work himself. True to his word, he and his associate showed up to do the work. The work was done efficiently and tidy. Grout looks good as new! Scheduling snafu's occur so that may be something to address. As far as the work on the grout cleaning, well, that was wonderful! Thank you for making it right and discounting the price due to the scheduling faux pax."
