"Needed to have my daughters 15 dress steamed. I was given a price by phone. When I brought the dress in, was given a higher price which I was ok with (this was Monday). Was promised dress on Wed. I got a call from another lady on Wed afternoon saying they had given me the wrong rate and it was higher. I would have been ok if they would have called me before the promised date. As it is I’m already stressed, for this company to give me more stress."

"I have pretty much taken every type of situation with my clothes here (alteration, press, wash, dry clean) and to their main location. Everyone is super friendly and my clothes are ALWAYS done correctly. I live pretty far, but don’t mind the drive here. Definitely recommend!"

"I love taking my clothes here. Especially now with the new management they are so considerate and punctual and my clothes always comes back brand new. Especially with my black jeans , everytime I wash them they get faded but when I take them here they come back like when I bought them."

"They're ruining our curtains. Took them in to have them hemmed to make them even, came back all uneven. Took them back, got them back even worse 3 different lenghts now. Taking back 3rd time see if they can fix it. Pretty soon they'll be too short to use. Will update when issue is resolved."
