"Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received. I was also completely SWINDLED and taken advantage of by the manager who came to my home to quote me for air duct cleaning. I was quoted $1,800.00 for air duct cleaning. The service was not explained to me, and when the technician showed up he said it would be extremely loud and disruptive so I had to reschedule because of my baby. When they came back the second time, they said they had no protective equipment to protect the floors, furniture, etc from debris and they had no way of cleaning it up. At this time, the technician called his manager so I could speak to him and I asked him to cancel the services and discard of the check I wrote. I spoke to Darnell three times asking them to get rid of the check, and after the third time he said he would call me back. I never heard back. The next day another person called me to let me know they did cash the check and it would take 30-60 days for them to send me a refund check in the mail. All while this was happening, I had Stanley Steemer come to my house and give me an estimate and they quoted me $800.00! They were extremely professional and had all the necessary equipment to protect the floors, furniture etc. COIT IS THE WORST! OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!"
