"Had date and time locked in with a 2 hour window. My husband waited for them as I had a doctors appointment. After I was finished, I saw that I had a missed blocked call from an 833 number. Called and was told that since no one had answered, they went to another job. After 2 more calls to them, they said they could send someone later that day, which they did. The $45/room quote turned into $200… cash or Venmo only. Really? Sounds shady and like a tax dodge to me. The carpet was left so wet, it took 2 days to dry. I chose this company because I thought it was local, but I believe it’s just a call center that dispatches freelancers that have the equipment. Not even a company name on the receipt."
