"This business is horrible. They deserve negative stars. The restoration part was fine, but they had to be brought back 4 times to make corrections, like cracks in the wall after painting, smeared on plaster without being smoothed out, and texturing horribly done with blobs of paint left on the wall. After that, they refused to ever come back and finish the job and left the wood above the dishwasher and under the cabinets and the toilet paper holder and door stop without being completed. The flooring was placed without anything in between the floor and the plastic so you could feel the flooring give as you walked on it. There are also parts of the plastic sticking out and the "wood" not cut correctly around the sink, etc. They also left a scratch on the floor they just unstalled. When I tried to speak with the woman in the office, she was condescending and obviously annoyed. I would not recommend this business to anyone as they are horrible."

"Well, this is a amazing company with a lot of problem. Need a city permit and Andre got it almost four months since the claim opened. One month fixed work as he promised us, but it took 3 months more. Most of work done on weekends that means they hired part time and unprofessional people to work. They installed the water Pressure Regulator on wrong direction, caused my house on water hammer at lease 8 times and finally broke the Regulator and need to replaced a new one. Also the plumber installed a shower vale in wrong position, cause the shower coming out hot water first and cold water last. they did not cleaned all patina， that will cause the water pipe will corrosion and break soon For the interior paint, never seen such a bad dry wall and painting work, a lot of place re-paint at lease 4 times and still had different colors in same wall. Garage wall even re-painted and fixed 5 times and still had problems, the edge was curved. All items were storage in Rainbow, as claim mentioned they need to be cleaned and returned, but they were what they were sent back, some items even cleaned inside my house and cause bad taste， they lost a lot of our high value items, all brand new lego sets, Bose home theater set, etc. we tried contact them, they just ignored us, they are very irresponsible. Installing insulation in the attic, they only finished a part of them and told us all finished until we found out some area were un-covered. Never believe what they said, need to confirm by yourself. There are a lot detail when they process the work, if you want to use them, advise you need another contractors check everything for you. good luck."

"This company is a irresponsible company. They are using unprofessional workers, as a result of that， it comes with very low quality finished and if you want to re-do, get to cost more money. We also missed items when they stored our items. After again and again requested to return items, they just ignored our emails and did not respond any more. By the way, they did not keep our items well, most returned item were un-cleaned and a lot of the were damaged. The rainbow international has the worst warehouse management. Will never recommend them."

"DISCLAIMER Everything listed in this review is true to the best of my knowledge and recollection and is based off of my own personal experience dealing with this company. My insurance company sent out Rainbow Intl. to my home to do mitigation work for a water intrusion event. Once the demo work was complete and the cause of the intrusion our insurance adjuster came out to assess the damage and we were sent a check to pay for the rebuild. I contacted Rainbow to have them do the rebuild and Andre came out. At first, he was professional but then he asked to see the insurance company assessment. I declined to show him as we needed other work than just what the insurance company paid out and tried to tell him what extra work we would need but he became very rude and abrasive saying that they don’t “piece meal” a job (whatever that means) and that a job has to be worth a minimum of $5000 or else it is not worth it to him. He reluctantly took measurements, said I would get a call from the office, and left. I did not get a call from his office, which I was not expecting bases on how his attitude towards me was so I shopped around for other contractors. One contractor that came out noticed that there was a separation in my countertop that was caused by improper support of the counters. Rainbow had only used 2 2x4 supports to keep up nearly 12 feet of counter. Unfortunately, when this contractor attempted to reset the counters back, they broke. Had Rainbow provided adequate support for my counters the separation would not have occurred and they would not have broken during reconstruction. New counters cost me over $4000 due to low supply at the time. I tried to reach out to Andre to explain what happened but he never responded, instead he made his office staff address the issue but was met with nothing but excuses. Eventually after all attempts at a reasonable conclusion I had to take them to small claims court. Andre was late to the hearing and even lied to the judge when addressing my complaint. However even after his lies, my photos showing their negligence in properly supporting my counters, even a signed notarized statement from my contractor saying that the counters broke because of the separation caused by their negligence, the judge sided with Rainbow. Justice was not served that day. I have attached pictures showing the separation and the whopping 2 supports they put in as well as the separation and subsequent break in the counter. My advice based off of my experience with them is do not work with them. There are a dozen other water clean up companies out there who can give you better customer service and will do a better job."
