"Doug and his dad are great. The service was super. They were on time. The price is very fair and stayed as quoted. The carpet was 14 years old and never had cleaning before. Doug and dad made the carpet like new. They even removed the rust, ink, and food marks. The carpet dried really fast. The first room carpet is dry basically as they finishing second room. It feels very clean as you run your hand over the carpet. It is not sticky. They will do extra cleaning if certain areas you think needs more work. They did plenty for me.
