"You know that amazing, fresh, clean smell that wafts off of your clothes when they are washed just right? Imagine that fantastic smell emanating off of your rug from all over your house!! We've got 4 kids ranging from 8 to 2 years old. Things have been spilled, crusted slime, stomach aches have led to some upchuck moments--all that to say. I have been grossed out by my own carpet for months now. I had been meaning to get it cleaned but didn't know who to trust... I spoke to a few cleaners but never felt that "Yes! I want this guy!!" feeling. That moment happened when I spoke with Marc and heard him go into detail about his machine, his cleaner solutions, his systemized process, and his years of expertise. After meeting him in person I knew I wasn't just dealing with a salesman, I was working with a carpet craftsman. He came over to our townhouse, parked in the alley, hooked up to our hose faucet, and got to work. He put hours of effort into it and it really showed!!
