"My homeowner's insurance recommended Servpro to help with a water damage issue inside my home. Jonathan Navarro is my project manager. Jesse & Kevin came out to do the mitigation (demolition) work, which included getting rid of drywall & insulation and setting up multiple industrial fans to dry out the wood. Gustavo completed a first-day-after-demolition checkup. I've found everyone to be professional, pleasant to work with and communicative. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because there could have been more communication about the power/electrical needs of the industrial fans. Five lights/switches around the project area were temporarily not working after the demolition was done, and I had to troubleshoot it the following day. No permanent damage, just needed to Reset a GFCI outlet. Apparently, at least one of the fans was not properly connected or working due to power failure as well. This was fixed the next day."
