"I took in 2 organdy and 1 voile cotton priestly robes which they told me would cost $3.75 to wash, press, and starch (but they don’t fold even though they advertise that). She took one look and said they won’t accept them because there were small holes in them and the fabric was too delicate. You’re supposed to know how to handle delicate material regardless, you’re a laundry service for god’s sake. I asked if they could mend the holes because they advertise sewing and alteration outside (more false advertising!), she said no. I just walked out because I felt like she clearly didn’t want my business. It’s unfortunate because I need my priestly robes washed and pressed multiple times a month, they would’ve had a regular customer."

"My first time here and I dropped off a dress that I just needed pressed for a wedding. The man informed me the dress would be available for pick up at 3pm. I arrived at 4pm and I was notified that my dress was actually taken to a different dry cleaners in Tustin? They said it was maybe still there because the iron was broken? Absolutely no. Now I'm scrambling to drive to Tustin to pick up my dress right before the wedding I need to attend. I do not recommend this dry cleaners."

"Great place in Orange County to get my shirt cleaning done. I have been here several times and they were always consistent with getting my shirts, coats, or jackets cleaned on schedule. They did a great job of pressing my coats at decent, affordable prices. Overall, I would continue to clean with them."
