"The worst customer service in the world I physically carried a refrigerator in from my car so the guy make sure the box will fit around the refrigerator I have to ship back so he measures it and it barely fits in the box he says he has a bigger one but it'll slosh around I said that's fine I got styrofoam that it came with I'll make it work while I wasn't looking he snuck outside and I paid for the box a real estate that was $10 and phone corners to another like 20 bucks it was 30 something dollars 36 bucks I walked out to my car went to put the thing in the box and realized what he did walk back in and he wouldn't he wanted me to buy another box not give me a bigger one and then I told you I wanted to return everything because I have no use to it because you still be a box that doesn't fit and he won't return it it's only store credit so the guy sent me something that was the wrong size on purpose and then wouldn't give me my money back the guy just ripped me off"

"First off this is a long overdue review as I was a long time customer of Local Janitorial & Vacuum Supply. I have since moved out of state but owe them this review. Scott and Nelson and the team at Local Janitorial are always there when you need them. They repair as well as sell top of the line vacuums and cleaning supplies. We purchased our Sebo vacuum from Scott 7 years ago. We’ve had it serviced throughout the years from time to time to keep the machine in top shape. When I need to clean my home and right now I'm super focused on cleaning, I go see Scott and Nelson. They have the products and know how to keep my home clean and my family safe. It's worth the stop when we're back in town. Great products great service great people!"

"I have been coming to these guys at Local Janitorial for many years now. My experiences have always been positive and they have a wide variety of products / repair services at reasonable prices. For those products that are not currently on stock they have special ordered them and gotten it to me a couple days. Both Scott and Nelson are very personable and always there if you have a product need or question. They even rent Uhaul trucks which has come in handy on a several occasions. I would highly recommend these guys for all your janitorial / carpet cleaning / tile & stone cleaning products or repair needs etc. The best part is in the name as they are local and my business enjoys supporting local businesses like this one!"
