"Brought them $$$$ jacket to clean, I really not sure if they did clean my jacket even on the surface, inside of the jacket was full of smell and wet (this is the main reason I brought to the service )(compared with other place, here is expensive) They even didn’t say sorry for your inconvenience. Plus the front zipper was broken after the service, asked for refund or fix, they didn’t!!!!! I can’t believe what did I pay for it. Also for the price too, there is no price list and they always say different prices which I can’t trust them!!! If you are ok to get scammed, use this cleaner:)"

"Terrible. Gave one price when I dropped items to be cleaned off, then charged more when I picked them up. No price or estimate was on the ticket. I mentioned this to who I assume is the owner and was told that what I was saying wasn't true. In addition when I picked items up on date they were supposed to be ready, one of the four suits I was having dry cleaned was not ready as I was told that there was a mix up with the ticket number. No big deal, I told them I would pick it up two days later. I picked it up two days later and the seam that was supposed to have been sewn where seam was coming apart in pant leg was not touched. I would give zero star if it were possible."

"I've never had DRAPES cleaned before. But, after 4 years in the new house, the drapes that were here when we moved in needed SOMETHING! The previous owners had cats, so they were damaged. They were dirty. They looked so bad, I was tempted to replace them. But, it was worth a try. I didn't know what to expect - prepared for a train wreck. But, ... Mr. Chung & his staff did SUCH an AMAZING job!! They even sewed some repairs! They look like NEW! I can't believe I almost threw them out! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU, Mr. Chung & crew!!"
