"Appointment was canceled by technician and never discussed with anyone. Had a problem that was only addressed correctly on a return visit. After years of satisfaction, it was a shame."

"They were doing great initially when we first started. They were really nice and always reponded to our messages. They said to call them when we needed anything. We tried creating 2 appointments and they confirmed it but when the day came, they didn't show up. They didn't even notify us beforehand and I had to take time off work in order to meet them. Then they were charging me about 115 every 3 months for these fees and the first time they didn't do a good job since our rodent problem was the same as before. When they came over a second time they fixed it. I tried to call about a refund for the first time but the manager never gets back to me."

"All technicians, including Brian, could not get to us until the following week as they has busy schedules. Brian called late afternoon and said he would be driving past our area that evening and could stop by then. He DID and we got rid of the two rodents that had invaded our school classroom. Now that's what I call "Service"!"

"I give them one star because while they did a good job when they initially started the service, spiders were gone and everything was good, it only lasted maybe two visits. Then all of a sudden we noticed we hadn’t seen or talked to anyone from terminix in while. Come to find out, somehow the account got CANCELLED. I did not cancel the account but somehow it got cancelled. I paid the bill on time everytime. It was mind blowing! After getting the run around and a couple of different excuses as to how this could have happened, I was informed that if I wanted to continue the service I would have to pay the start up fees AGAIN! After further complaining I was told they would start it up again and would send someone out next week. No one ever came, couldn’t get ahold of anyone without being left on hold forever. It’s been a very disappointing experience to say the least. Hopefully the next company we decide to hire will be better."
