"This is by far the worst experience I have ever received from both customer service and cleaning specialist. Not only was I lied to when I called to follow up with my appointment that was scheduled for 11am. The rep mentioned to me that the guy who was going to clean my my couch was running late because he had a flat tire. When he arrived I asked if everything was ok regarding his flat tire and he responded with “I never had a flat tire”. The specialist was extremely rude, careless and wanted me to pay cash because he didn’t want to pay a fee! I was told that there were multiple payment options before scheduling the appointment. Lastly he left a huge water Mess and didn’t bother to clean at all!!!! Do not hire this company, by far the worst ever!"
