"I dropped off 6 tops and 2 suits at this laundromat last Monday. I went to pick them up on Wednesday, but the pants replacement didn't arrive and I had to come back. The woman named Ellie was very unfriendly. I went to get my pants a total of 4 times, on Thursday, Friday, and twice today on Saturday, but he said he didn't know where the pants were and went to them twice today. I left them at Alteration, but when I heard that they were going to get them, I was very angry. She waited after hearing that they would deliver it to her home, but it didn't come, so she called and said she was busy and couldn't deliver it to her. I panicked because of her unkindness and broken promises. This is a very bad laundromat."

"Really recommend this place. I’ve been coming here for months now, ever since they were located by Super A Foods and the service is outstanding. I love the fact that same day service really means same day service. I’ve taken in white shirts with stains on them and this place is the only place that I’ve found in Montebello that has removed stains. I don’t know what products are used but stains are gone and I do not suffer from any irritation from where my clothes again. Great job to be honest."

"Took a pair of jeans to be hemmed, they charged $10 and it was ready in three days. The customer service was great and the staff was super friendly and attentive to the customers needs. However, it seemed like the work was rushed and a bit sloppy. The hem was uneven."
