"Don't come to this place if you want to save yourself headaches and frustration. They were unprofessional and unreliable. I took my wedding dress to this place for dry clean before the big event. When I went to pick up the dress, one of his assistants dragged the bow tail of my dress across the floor and stepped on it. The owner of the shop registered my unhappiness and asked the assistant to handle my dress with care. I thought to myself that it was just one-time incident and I should just took it lightly. I took my dress and my husband's suit back to the store after the event for another round of dry clean. They told me that all items would be ready in 2 weeks. And they would notify me via text. More than two and a half weeks went by, I heard nothing. I called them and they said they needed more time to clean the dress. 2 days after what their promised call back time, I heard nothing again. I then reached out to them, this time they asked me to go to pick up the items. As soon as I stepped into the store, the owner told me that the pant of the suit just fell to the floor. And he said he needed more time to work on the cleaning. I looked at him with disbelief. I had gotten very upset at that point, and I told him to return all items back to me. By the way, they wanted you to pay in advance just in case they pulled this kind of dirty trick on you. When I got my items back, they were not cleant at all. So he kept all my items for over 3 weeks, who knows if they rented them out, and collected my money!!! What was worse was that I paid the service to have them preserved my dress. When I tried to check on my dress, the owner didn't show me the correct way to operate the box. He only said "you shouldn't have done that" after I opened up the box instead of checking it from the window. He doesn't deserve any business from the community. Do not support this scam."

From every day modern clothes, to leather, bedding and even my delicate vintage. Even baseball caps! Great work every time. They also offer alterations. They have done a spot on job every time. I even have my mom now bring her clothes to be altered. She has been super happy as well. This is family owned and run. They make their clients feel like family. Everyone is nice and helpful.
