"Update 2/13/2024: I received a call today from the owner Garrett and he wanted to find out about coming out and completing the job they had quoted me. I had told him that I had already had the job done with another rain gutter company. He understood and explained to me that the person who he had put in charge was not doing a very good job of managing the work flow so he had demoted him and was taking back over the day to day operations. I really appreciated Garrett calling me and explaining the situation, it showed a lot of character on his part. I can't comment on their quality of work because they did not make it out on the scheduled time to do the work. The salesperson did not show for our initial time to meet for my quote, after I called him he gave me some excuse about a problem with scheduling in his office. I told him I understand and we set another time to meet so he came out and gave me a quote. I waited till after Christmas to call them to come out and do the work since we had lights that I had to take down. The salesperson asked me if an appointment on Saturday at 11:00 am would work which I told him would so at 10:40 am that morning I was expecting them to come out so I tried to call to ask if they could call me when they get there. No one answered the phone but I got a text from the sales person that said "Sorry Don no one worked today but I'll go check if the material is there m I'll go do it my self..." my text reply back was "So your saying you don't have an install crew showing up at 11:00?" I got no reply so I tried to call back but got no answer. I texted him to call me but I got no call so my next text was to cancel my order. My order was not a huge order but if this is how they treat their potential clients then I would look elsewhere for your gutters."

"Unfortunately, my gutters are leaking and I notified them immediately. I was told they would come back and fix the leaks and they never showed up. I have followed up and reached out several times and I’ve got nothing but short answers, and that they have a lot of work and too busy. As of today two weeks later no one has come back and I was told that they would be there numerous times no call no show. And now they’re unresponsive to my text message. I was hoping that they would make the effort , but unfortunately seems like I was ghosted. I paid them cash, so I cannot dispute the charges with my credit card company, i do not recommend this company"

"We hired the services of Pacific Coast Rain Gutters to clean and service our gutters. We were informed a service member would be at our house cleaning from 12pm-5pm. The employee arrived at 12:30pm and left at approximately 3:30pm. No one knocked on the door or gave us a call to let us know they had finished or what work had been performed. I went to check how things were going after a few hours and saw the truck was gone. There was a bucket full of debris left in our front courtyard, as well as debris from the roof/gutters on the front and back patio walls. There was also sludge which had spilled over onto the back wall of the house, as well as one of our bedroom windows. I went onto the roof myself and found the gutters to be partially cleaned, but still containing moderate amounts of debris. I was very displeased with the service given the large amount of money being charged, so I reached out to one of the employees, Josh, who informed me they would have the tech would return the following day. Upon arriving I informed the tech of the deficiencies in cleaning and mess around the house which he proceeded to take care of. The tech informed me about an area of the gutter which is sloped incorrectly, and that they could use hangers to help fix the slope. I appreciated the recommendation and work to fix it, but was confused as to why this was not simply done on the day and time of our scheduled appointment? I am leaving 3 stars because I appreciate the company sending the tech back out, but am still disappointed in the quality of service for the amount of money being paid. If I had never checked on the house or called back to complain, the mess would have been my job to clean, and the area of incorrectly sloped gutter would have remained. The attached photos show what the gutters looked like post-cleaning on the scheduled service day. As well as debris/gunk found around the house. These areas did improve after the tech was sent back the following day."

"4.5 Stars We had a small job, a new gutter for the front of the house (40’) and a single downspout. They were really responsive and got the the job done in just a couple hours and left the area clean and tidy! The only issue was they switched up the jobs they were doing (I was supposed to be at 9am) and nobody let me know, I called and they let me know it would be around noon - someone would call 30 minutes before. I had to call for a second time, around 2pm, and the crew arrived 3:15pm, so a bit of a wasted day for me. No issues when speaking with them, would have been better experience if I received a call saying there were delays. ( - 1/2 ⭐️) Pricing was reasonable (comparable to other quotes). We’re very happy with the work, would definitely recommend."
