"We were giving this company a try since we heard raving reviews from our neighbors. Unfortunately I have nothing to rave about, instead it’s quite the opposite. Not only was the price outrageous at $40 a bag when they say they have a location less then 1/2 a mile away, but when the laundry was delivered, not only did they just give us it back in plastic bags instead of their blue reusable bags, they also didn’t hang any of the polos like we requested. They did however hang a jacket and a pajama top shirt. On top of the mix up with our order they also delivered the laundry to our neighbors house. Either they didn’t read the address correctly or they just didn’t care enough to double check their work. Luckily we have honest neighbors. Makes me livid to think that a company would be so reckless with someone’s personal items like that. To say the least, this will be the first and last time using this company."

"I started using this service during the Covid pandemic. I also had been looking for a laundry service because we do not have a car & it is a good long walk to the nearest decent laundromat. Plus I have mobility issues & couple other health issues that made it hard to walk to laundromat, do my laundry & then make what is a long walk home for me. I was so impressed by how my laundry was returned with everything folded or hung on hangers, including those extremely hard to fold fitted sheets. I recommended this service to my roommate before it was named HappyNest. I wish they provided service to Downey & Montebello CA because my friends wanted to try this service because I brag about how great it is. Excellent customer service as well."
