"I hired Cleanercession to clean my mom’s apartment after she fell ill. They made time around my availability which I was grateful for since I was back and forth at the hospital. They showed up on time and ready to work. I was amazed at how detailed oriented they were even cleaning things most people don’t pay attention to, like the dish drainer. Her apartment was absolutely immaculate and well organized. I showed my mom pictures while she was in the hospital and she began to cry with joy. "Booked over 3 months in advance for an important 6-8 hour cleaning job. Confirmed 1.5 months later to make absolutely sure it was set for noon, so there'd be enough daylight. Just 8 days before the job, Roger contacts me saying they're going to show up at 3:30pm or 4pm, which means they CAN NOT FINISH in time. I offered them an alternative date of the following morning and they said they couldn't do it, which literally means that they left me completely high and dry without an apology or single shred of remorse. Literally the worst, most unprofessional cleaning crew I've ever worked with."
