"This is a place with upmost integrity. I don’t post reviews for regular good service. That’s part of the business. But this owner, Marcelo always goes the EXTRA MILE. He remembers everyone’s name. Even me. I don’t dress up in my normal routine so not much to dry clean. Anyways,Let me share one experience. One of my favorite shirt got a splash of stain in the front. I took it to Ritz and consulted with Marcelo. He even tested couple processes prior taking the job. He told me he wasn’t sure he can remove the stain but I ask him try and I’ll pay for the process. When I went to pick it up, he got some off but he wasn’t happy with the work he did. I promised to pay so I was trying to pay him but he REFUSED. I feel lucky to have a great cleaner like Marcelo in our neighborhood. I highly recommended this place!! PS. I may start wearing more dress shirts so can give him more business hahaha."
