"I first attempted to go next door to Pico cleaners but they were rude and just not friendly/welcoming. So I took my stuff walking around the corner to Beverly Hills Cleaners and I’ve been with them ever since. They have plenty of staff so usually you don’t have to wait in line at all and they are friendly especially the owners and they don’t give you that feeling of oh we are doing you a favor. They are a bit pricier than my last place but that just means they are leaving some space for profit so they can serve us better. My only pet peeve about most dry cleaners is that there is lint everywhere like they never wipe down window sills, the top of the racks and equipment, it’s just ironic because it’s called a cleaners so you would think it is also sparkling clean but I guess it’s just easier to cover the clothing in plastic so they don’t get dirty."

"I should have paid attention to the negative reviews, this place is a huge scam! Brian took care of me and quoted me on $10 a piece for a light stain on my white short and a light green dress, I was on the phone and didn’t notice the $34 charge! I called them and they refused to give me my money back! STAY AWAY! Scammers!!! Awful customer service too bc the kid told me it would take only one hour and when I checked the receipt it was three days to get my clothes back! Stay away from here!!!"

"Hi, I tried calling but no answer. Your machines are squeaking again. To your credit, usually when I or one of the neighbors call, you work on a solution quickly. But the issue does repeat itself over and over for years now. Wish you would appoint a staff member to monitor your equipment so that we wouldn’t have to keep dealing with this nuisance :-/"

"Absolutely horrendous service. I dropped a cashmere cardigan off to get cleaned. Came a few days later and the cardigan was TORN! I was in complete shock. He insisted these things can happen she can’t do anything. I have lost $2000 dollars on the garment and they will not compensate or help alter it. I am absolutely fuming they are scamming people and not even professionals at what they do. Would recommend trying to find a dry cleaners."

"This is the best dry cleaners in Los Angeles county. I’ve been coming since 2006 and the service is impeccable. The tailoring service is excellent and fast. The prices are reasonable and they even deliver. I would not trust my clothes with any other cleaner"
