"I scheduled a move-out cleaning a month in advance to give them plenty of time to accommodate me, but when it came to the day of the cleaning, they messaged me an hour and a half beforehand to let me know the cleaners would be two hours late. This is after I planned my schedule around the scheduled cleaning, and they badgered me via text and email for weeks to remind me that if I canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, I'd be slapped with a late fee. But when it comes to holding up their end of the bargain, MaidThis fell completely short of the mark. Their cleaners were then an additional 45 mins late on top of the two hours' tardiness. When their customer support team responded to my complaint, they asked for a phone call which I granted, and then promised to call the next day to discuss refunding me — that call never came, and they now seem to be ghosting messages. Don't waste your time or money."
