"This company is falsely reporting that work was done with our company via subcontracting services for window cleaning when no work was done nor proof of evidence was provided and is now asking for payment. We pay all invoices prior to any work being done and this company is claiming they came to clean windows without our final approval due to a request of needing access to water that was unavailable. We contacted many companies for quotes that also sent invoices but we did not give this company permission to do anything and this is the only company I’ve ever seen claiming they cleaned windows without prior approval. Our team handled the window cleaning due to urgency and there is evidence that the windows were not cleaned before our team touched them. Very unprofessional and unreasonable behavior as a company. We take pride in the work we do to serve our clients and work with other companies, I would hope that this is your mission as well. Good luck!"
