The sales manager also got the times mixed up and cleaners showed up 4+ hours earlier than she said, requiring us to hurriedly rearrange our schedules. She offered no apology. "I had a great experience from the very beginning talking with Maid Brigade to receiving the service. The price was fair for services received. I was a little apprehensive asking for help cleaning but glad I did as the 3 maids that came to help were kind, professional and did a great job. My wife was only wanting a deep clean, but after they left she was so happy and impressed that she is considering a monthly service. Also, we have cats so we were concerd with chemical cleaners so that's why we chose this company. The smell is a lightly chlorinated, not overwhelming (normally cleaners give me migraines) at all but just enough to know it's a clean smell.
