"We have been dealing with this company for over two years, and the customer service, communication and reliability just keeps getting worse. Our landlord decided to replace the doors in our condo, and each door has taken 2-6 months to be completed. We received the wrong door plate for one, and it took several months, and numerous calls, to get it resolved. In 2 + years, only 5 out of 11 have been completed, Recently our landlord passed away suddenly, but shortly prior had told us that after several unanswered phone calls, he went to the shop and found they had the rest of the doors. When we tried to arrange to finish the project, our calls went unreturned, and when we FINALLY got someone on the phone, WE were blamed and lied to. We located a vehicle that could haul our old doors to their shop, since they were unwilling to pick them up, and dropped off the remaining 6 doors. Due to the passing of our landlord, we found the project had to be postponed until the estate is settled, we wanted our old doors back, so our bathrooms, etc, were not open spaces indefinitely. We were told our doors would be left for us outside, during the rain. When we went to get them, we were told the garbage man had taken them. With the amount of time and money we, and our landlord, have spent on this project, one would think they would, at the very least, offer to bring them to us. So much for trying to support a local business!!!"

"I bought a door for a customer of mine and there was a mix up and i thought he paid for it but apparently he didnt in june 20 2017 about 415 mark the owner cut me off in his truck so i could not go anywhere and came up to my truck and yelled and screamed at me saying i still owe him for door i said i would pay for it and then he punched me in the face. If this is how this guy does business he belongs in jail for reckless driving and asalt and battery."
