"This business tried to charge us more than double the retail price for name brand pool equipment such as lights, pumps and heaters, claiming they were providing products superior to others when they were the exact same products available from other factory authorized dealers and resellers at significantly lower prices. They then refused to install new pool lights unless we purchased the lights from them at the inflated prices . Also, the owner of this business canceled our monthly pool cleaning service (leaving us without someone to clean our pool right after Memorial Day) without cause because he "heard" we were shopping around for another company to service our pool as a punitive measure. Bottom line: this business charges exorbitant prices for parts and equipment and will refuse to install new factory fresh parts and equipment you buy yourself elsewhere."
