"I would give 0 if I could I send all my files to prep in January of 2017. By March I was informed that things were missing... happens, but why did you wait till last minute to do my taxes?! They ended up bringing on someone new, I yet again had to bring up to speed. Not my job, I did that the year before. I get the bill... hours without me being able to tell what I actually pay for. Hours for the new person, zeroed out, yet interestingly the same amount of hours for a second staff. Doubled up invoicing, they just billed me again the next month for the work from the month before. I have since then left as fast as I could and have an amazing team helping me that's more proactive, timely and...cheaper while delivering way better service and doing more work. Still to this day I am fighting the bill and trying to figure out what they actually charged me for (it's just a collection of hours). Their accounting still shows the double invoicing, even though they agreed it was faulty. Some of my past payments don't reflect. I swear, how am I supposed to trust a bookkeeping office that can't keep their own invoicing straight?! I barely ever leave bad reviews online. But I'm seriously done with their mess."
