"I made an appointment with 5 Star Gutters to come look at my new home for a gutter project. They were booked out quite a few weeks in advance to even give me a quote, but I booked with them anyway. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived early and finished promptly. He asked relevant questions and was polite. He indicated he would email the quote to me later that day. I have since called and left voicemails regularly for over two weeks and have heard nothing from this company. No one has sent me a quote, no one has answered the phone on any of my many phone calls, and no one has returned any of the many voicemails I have left. Not only have I found them unresponsive and unprofessional in this regard, but it's been a complete waste of my time. Anyone who lives in North County knows how hard it is to get home repairs done, and it's frustrating to waste so much time on a company only to have them ghost you halfway through a project."
