"Very dirty,alot of machines breaking down and dryers are the same way!! Change machine machine needs to be empty all the time!! No sink or bathroom...this place needs a real upgrade!!! Would be nice if you could use a ATM card or other modern payment method....real sad place..."

"Place can get messing at times when people don't pick after themselves. Many machines break down too often, and they need to maintain their machines more often. Need more laundry carts, not enough when there are a lot of people. But otherwise, it is very convenient"

"In over 8 years of living here they can't open on time. They open over an hour or more late on weekends. I prefer to go early and avoid the crowds later. They don't keep it very clean and the homeless can easily come in and steal your clothes. They raised rates recently which makes sense, but $1 for 4 minutes in the dryer is a bit steep. If you're going to rob us, open on time."

"Okay -so the place is reasonably clean-cut our laundry mat in Morro Bay closed without noticed and -well-it was one of those times when one can only turn a t-shirt inside put-just so many times! What I noticed is that the machines did not clean the clothes very well. They came out kinda dingy And even with detergent and drier sheets -they did not smell fresh-just all around dingy. There's a note on the wall stating if any issues to go to the liquor store in front. One machine took money and did not work but was not going to make an issue about 25cents. So it was good in a pinch and probably a necessity in the area. Lots of security cameras on the walls and ceilings."
