"We have had a half dozen carpet cleaners since we moved here. None can match the results we got with Coastal Carpet. This is not a revolving-door franchise but a family business for 35 years. My teens and their friends had blessed our carpet with pizza, cola, tacos, assorted condiments and dirt stains. A recent family addition of a 2nd cat has led to house-wide marking battles. Other cleaners shook their heads, stating that some stains are just going to remain. John got them out. A utility room converted to bedroom has an industrial carpet with stains that were there when we moved in. These stains are 10 years old. JOHN GOT THEM OUT.
