"I've worked with Wade since 2015 and have found him to be Professional, accurate and responsive. I always feel that Wade 'has my back' and I'm in "good hands" as it relates to my tax returns. I also have investments through Wade and I have a great deal of trust with him."
"I have been working with Wade and his staff since 2014/2015 and am very happy with their service. They always get back to me right away with any questions, their rates are well priced. Wade has a lot of skills and I think this is very beneficial and convenient for me as business owner. He has helped with different aspects of my business and I highly recommend his services."
"I started with Wade in the summer of 2019 he worked on getting my corporation set up. We also decided to let his office help us with our book keeping. He did successfully set the corporation up but I never could verify my S Corp Election filed. Wade seems to be knowledgeable and competent yet there is little or no communication. I was assigned my own book keeper yet I NEVER heard from her and she never replied to my emails. I was always left to wonder if any work was being done, once I drove down to his office just to get him to talk to me. I sent my tax info in and never heard back from them, this is no way to run a business. When I officially told them I was finished working with them they finally sent a bill, included in that bill was a charge for the book keeper I never talked to one time."
"My review is worth the read. Posting 1-star because I could not post Zero. I met with Wade recently and reviewed my need of amending my 2018 tax year and including my new 2019. We agreed on a cost and I was looking forward to having Wade Gribaldo, EA, as my tax guy on a move forward basis. However, when I picked up my taxes, I realized that I was not getting any money back. My amending my 2018 tax year included taking a first time depreciation on my rental property, as did my 2019 tax year. So I called Wade while I was in the office and Wade opened my files while I held on and did a re-review. He was speaking out loud as he did this and I heard him say, "You took a distribution in 2019." I informed him I did not, that I took that in 2018. He discovered that he had duplicated that distribution for both tax returns, 2018 and 2019. Now I was getting back $3,726. During that call I discussed with Wade the Invoice and when I hung up I paid the invoice amount of $1,034. as a gesture of good faith and for the work he had done; albeit incorrect. Before I left the office after picking up my paperwork and signing for eFile, I found two other invoices totaling $606., not $1,034. I immediately asked the staff person, who was the only one in the office with me, to call Wade right back and ask him if he's going to make an adjustment on my invoice. I heard his reply because I was standing very close to her, "No. She needs to pay that invoice." I paid the invoice because the staff person told me I could still address this; she felt it was wrong what Wade said and that "none of us will know that he made a mistake." I explained my issue with Dana from a call to her from my car after leaving the office, same as I am writing here. I told Dana that I had no problem paying 100% of an invoice when I get 100% of service. In my case, I hired Wade Gribaldo, EA, to do the work, not to make mistakes. Wade, in all his experience, never questioned his own work like I asked him; "Why am I not getting money back when we added depreciating my house?" I did his job for him. Dana's and my conversation was good, however, I had to followup with her a week later when I did not hear back from her. She told me she "gave him the message." I asked her what he said, and she said "he didn't say anything." I let Dana know that I had expected some adjustment to my invoice, considering the two that were presented to me after I paid the $1034. When Dana told me the she didn't know what to tell me, I let Dana know that I will be left to leave a review and asked her if Wade could afford that. Fast forward! Appears Dana called Wade immediately after and Wade called me, leaving a voicemail to stop calling his office. He told me that Dana said I threatened her and Wade then told me that I was blackmailing him. Yikes! His words, not mine. Wade Gribaldo, EA, true self came out in a very aggressive, non productive way; he didn't realize his words as he was now texting me and I pointed this out in my replies. Wade Gribaldo, EA, proved that he was not willing to do the right thing by keeping my business and this review is for those that need to be made aware. So, as one consumer to the next, you, you who are reading this, the same questions I posed to Dana as I encouraged her to do right by this, "Can you afford to pay 100% for tax services that may or may not be right??" "If so, how are you going to know?" If Wade's business was something other than a critical business, I may have chosen to let it pass. Not in this case. Wade had a thorough understanding of what my issue was and chose not to make it right . . . I was the one who found his mistake. Had I not been observant, or aware, or brave, I would have lost $3,726. and the $1,032 that I paid for his "less than" service . . . YOU can now choose better knowing of my experience."
"Wade is deeply knowledgeable about tax and finance, but what sets him apart is the human touch. He understands the complex emotions that accompany financial matters. Wade has provided valuable, empowering, and supportive service to me on multiple divorce-related matters, and I look forward to working with him every time."
