ProClean Steam Carpet Cleaning

"I don't understand all of the great reviews here. And I really wish that I didn't use this company. I had to give them my address at least four times, and they still had it wrong. The receipt that is in the picture shows that my address is incorrect even on there. I'm surprised they showed up. But now I wish they didn't. I paid $320, which was $100 over the quote that I got on the phone and was left with dirty upholstery and carpet, so I pretty much paid for nothing. I purchased a high-powered steam cleaner machine and did a one time across the floor in that room that they cleaned 5 days later because it smelled awful in here all of a sudden. And this is what the water looks like. Totally disgusting and unacceptable. I have been cleaning my carpet consistently for the entire 2 and a 1/2 years of existence. So this is really strange to me. At first they promised to come redo it but I decided that it was too much for me and my puppies to go through again. Very loud! So they were going to give me a credit for the future. But after doing my own cleaning, I realized that I don't want them to come over and waste any of our time. I contacted them and demanded a refund. However, they refused. I don't suggest using them. They don't speak good english and are incompetent."

Salvador and his assistant arrived not only on time, but early. Picked up good vibes even though his English wasn't all that good. His assistant had excellent English and made sure we were all on the same page. We went through the house explaining what we wanted done and pointing out all the pet stains on our nylon pile carpet and our wool area rug. Both turned out beautifully. We would not hesitate to use them again."
