"This company does not have work ethics. You agree on a date with to show and they don't. They don't call you as a courtesy to let you know that they are showing up. It happened with me three twice. When I called the employees who answered demonstrated a vary uncanny rudeness and they accuse you of having an attitude, while their employees are fabricating all these lies. This is evil in itself, and if the manager has really cares about his business. He should do something about it."

"Kelly came in today, December 11th. He was fantastic. Empathetic, honest, and thorough. It was purely Kelly today that I gave three stars, otherwise it would be a one. I will say I have not been overly impressed with Yates overall- their work seems shoddy, rushed, and incomplete (ex: installed new towel racks but left holes from the old, patched a wall in a bedroom but the patch is uneven). I don't know if it is a miscommunication with our landlord to the maintenance company, or if it trickles down from the higher ups to the crew, but it suvks. The maintenance crew always seems apologetic, they have a ton of work to complete in other places when they come here- they seem a little worn down. I wish they would plan for any and all maintenance to be done in bulk, rather than a singular item here and there. TL;DR Kelly is amazing, Yates is not."

"The maintenance crews are all amazing hard working guys. They work long hours and get no appreciation from the owner or the tenants they serve. Seems like the owners have no respect for their workers that's cuz they don't. I don't think they know what it means to respectful to those who work so hard for your benefit. The owners could use a little humility in their lives and try to create a drama free work place. I think their like the drama..."
