"This should be a zero star review. Been doing my taxes with H&R Block for 25+ years. Today I dropped off my docs and the front desk wanted to take my driver's license and write down my info on a piece of paper to "verify" its me. I showed my license but refused to have them jot my info on a loose leaf paper. They said its their policy and I disagreed. I called later and expressed my concern. I don't know what I said but a tax preparer said I was being rude. So I came back to take my docs and said I did not want to do business with them any longer. She said, "we don't need your business" as other clients listened in the lobby. I hope the security cameras caught all that happened so it can be used for training. Bad experience that I do not wish on anyone. Thanks for the years of service. Too bad H&R Block staff lacked emotional intelligence."

"Don't return calls, leaves on vacation for 8 weeks without notifing me. Set me up with another tax person and charged me another fee of $99.00. After a week and hearing nothing from her. Contacted the office and and told them I was very unhappy with their service they were very rude. Asked to speak to general manager a nd they said they would have her call me. Told them I would like her phone number and they refused to give it to me."
