We picked out a diamond, had access to all of the specs, once we chose the diamond, we found a setting and was able to select the customization I wanted. Throughout the process, Jay was extremely communicative. He sent my husband photos of the ring throughout the process: casing, setting, then finally with the center diamond set. He sent videos, photos and even made sure to sent tracking information. The communication is incredible!
