"I agree with other recent reviews. Staff is not friendly and not knowledgeable. They didn’t want to do bracelet adjustment with my online purchase. They claim they wish Swarovski didn’t put that included service on the official website. I feel that the staff doesn’t understand their role and blamed their company instead. I have to take my bracelet elsewhere for adjustment at my own risk. For a well-known brand like Swarovski, it is very weird to see this quality of service and I would not return to this store."

"The worst Swarovski store I have visited so far. They are half the size of other corporate stores and the staff is rude. They just want you to buy the stuff quickly as if you are buying groceries. I spent some time to see the jewelry and the lady there was very possessive about the items and she didn't like us taking long time to finalize something. The staff showed their true color when I wanted to return the 2 items. They clearly refused to return an unused bracelet, saying that the security seal is missing. They never put any sticker with their symbol to begin with; it only had a small sticker, which I never removed. For the ring they mentioned that it is not shining, do they expect it to not shine within 14 days, is the quality that bad? There was no problem with the items they were brand new. I had found something better and cheaper at the other store, so I wanted to return it. I strongly recommend, don't buy from this store. BTW, their return policy mentioned on the counter clearly says 'return if you are not satisfied for any reason'. I think they just want to meet sales target at the expense of customers."
