"Owner is very rude and sarcastic and the clerk for vigo is clueless about anything inside the building. Only the teenager who runs it in the evening in accommodating and nice. Owner says it’s against the law to dry there if you don’t wash. He made me take out the clothes while drying. I went home with wet clothes. He is very rude!!!!"

"We went to dry our clothes because our dryer went out in the middle of a drying cycle. I already had preloaded the cyber wash cash card at the laundromat. The gentleman working their came up to my husband and said we couldn’t dry our clothes there unless we used their washers to wash our clothes. I didn’t see anything posted on the walls stating those rules or washer/dryer use policies saying we had to use their washers in order to access the dryers. I was really disappointed. Also it wasn’t even busy. There were like 4 persons. Only 3 to 5 dryers were in use at the time. Sadly we won’t be returning there unless my washer goes out too."

"I've been here a few times now as I recently moved here and have no w/d in my home. I have had problems every visit. Many of the machines are broken and you only find out after putting in your laundry and soap. I had to use large machines and pay double to do my laundry. The dryers are barely warm on high heat. The emergency number, for help or service goes to a voicemail that hasn't been set up. The management opens the service counter and disappears. I will have to find another place to do my laundry. Very bad experiences here!"

"I work at the local hospital and thought it would be a great idea to get my clothes done early (prior to starting my shift), the website stated the business is open 24 hours...I went at 430 am...the doors were unlocked and lights on in the business, but a security person (I think) who was in the business stated that they were closed and to come back the next day (Monday)...I asked if there was something different than what was posted online and he stated that he doesn't go by what is online. He then called the police on me, they arrived and stated that the business doesn't have to go by what they post online. The security person than said to come back at 6 am and I could do my laundry. The week before, I came on a Sunday at 530 am and there were 10 people in the business doing their laundry. I stated it was very confusing and he stated he didn't care. I spend a lot of money at this business and have recommended the business to other people, ,but now I have serious doubts about the business and how it is ran. The security person was very strange and sketchy!"
