"I don't trust this place. They used to come to my place and spray around my house, and it's stunk for hours. I ended up canceling them. Because I just felt it was too expensive for what they did. They pulled me back and offered me a cheaper price to come back. So I did and they came out and sprayed around my house. But this time they tried to upsell me mosquito spray. This is selenus we don't have mosquitoes here. Anyways he sprays around my house and the funny thing is it doesn't stink. And then the next day there's mosquitoes around the house. The hell is going on with this world."

"Used to be fantastic! Trusted and knowledgeable, timely and thorough. Now not once have I called the main local office and gotten call back.,they don't return calls , my call never goes to a real person when calling , just a message line and I DO ALWAYS REQUEST A CALL BACK !I haven't EVER received one from office. My tech finally gave me his #.thats for ongoing pest treatment ( for 29yrs) For termite inspection, which they are supposed to do yearly, I set up the appointment, with the 800#, the 1st tech who showed up, thought it was for pest , not termites.so he rescheduled me with the 2nd guy,, who was a no show, the 3rd ( which my pest guy got corporate to schedule after I complained to him)he came late (8-12 ,was the window, he called at 12:24 and said he needed to reschedule fir the next day, he showed up around 12 pm and . Said " I am too large, and it's too hot to do your inspection in (the attic) for termites but maybe I can find you someone else , I will have them call you ..." And left . 4 different people called to schedule a time . Results were pathetic,1 no show/no call, 2 needed to reschedule, and never did, until I called them & the 4th guy was transfered before the appt. , so no inspection that year. Currently, the new tech for pests, doesn't call, or if he does there's usually no message. Or it's 2 hours before he wanted to do the treatment and if I am not home ,I don't know it. They call house line , even though they have been told to call cell, and it has been done before, but the new guy doesn't do it again. I will get an email or auto draft, only 1 time in the last 18 months have I got a "we were here and missed you " instead the email says. they are doing the basics on exterior, but still have spiders , earrings, webs, ants , and NOW ... RATS! NOT LETTING you know when they are coming by ( sometimes , not even a message at all , just charged the account ,and not giving me a # to call if I have issues.. so if I am not home then entire yard, garage and 2/3 of house and property are NOT TREATED, because I wasn't given ANY NOTICE/ or wasn't available with short notice and no # to call them back at... BUT STILL BILLED.. AS IF THEY DID THE ENTIRE PROPERTY."
