"Bought and designed my engagement ring at 14 Karats and had a fantastic experience. Very knowledgable and patient staff, and could not be happier with the result!"
"I know everyone there personally. Used to work there as a jeweler. Excellent service and quality. Watch yourself, Jon and Lilly will have you stopping by just to chat."
"Don’t go here, these people are rude. 3 out of 3 times they were rude to me. Maybe it’s because I’m brown , idk. I live in the neighborhood but in the future I will totally avoid. But go to Bills Trading Post, it’s always a great and pleasant experience there!"
"I would give 10 stars if I could. My wedding ring was made here in 2010, and I have had 2 other custom rings, as well as repairs of antique family pieces done. All top-notch. Most highly recommended."
"The 14 Karats is a father and son shop. I really like these guys--affable and honest. And they have the sweetest dog there who might come and greet you. A few years back, my wife and I bought our wedding rings from them after we sold some jewelry for credit. Kerry, the son, worked with us on the types of bands, taking plenty of time to take us through a number of options. My wife and I both love the rings they made for us. And I remember, rather amusingly, that John, the father, said my ring size was right in the middle of 2 sizes, and recommended I take the larger one because folks tend to gain weight as they get older. Let's just say that was the right call. I've also worked with John on the aforementioned sale to them, as well as getting quotes on other pieces more recently. Bottom line: these guys are good guys and you should visit their store for both purchasing and selling jewelry."
