"Javier, the manager, was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service by assisting with an exchange. Daniela and Katherine were extremely helpful and patient while helping my mom and I pick out new charms and bracelets. A pleasant customer service experience overall!"
"I came in after a haircut and had wanted to treat myself to something after a really stressful time the previous several weeks. The first day I came in, it was a really pleasant interaction. I came in and I was greeted by staff. I said that I wanted to look at rings and earrings. She didn't hesitate to show me whatever they had in stock for the size I wanted. She was really pleasant and helpful. The sales lead on that day was also really nice and I enjoyed that interaction. The next day, I had come back to exchange the ring I had gotten because I found that my fingers had (I guess) stopped swelling, and the ring was a tad too big. I had wanted a smaller size. The employee that was in the store greeted me, and I told her what I needed to do. The sales lead, who had come out from the back, was informed that I wanted to exchange a ring. She looked at it, and in a slightly accusatory tone "so... the ring is bent." I didn't really notice that the ring was bent because when I bought it, I had left it in the box. I had only put it on briefly the night before to show someone what I had gotten for myself. After realizing it was a little too big, I put it back in the box. So I have only really put the ring on for maybe 2 minutes total the entire time it was in my possession, and I told her so. When the other employee had brought back smaller sizes to the counter I was at, and the sales lead realized that the other rings were also a little twisted. So she looked it up on their digital catalog and physical catalog, and from inspection of other rings in their possession, she found that the slight twist in the band is just part of the style of the ring. She changed her accusatory tone to a much softer tone then. But I didn't really appreciate her initial tone, so it really didn't make that experience very pleasant. I do think I'll think twice about coming in this store just because I'm not sure how I will be treated."
"I ordered for pick up and was told they closed at 7pm, i got here at 6:30pm all the way from downtown san jose and they were closed, waste of time coming all the way here."
"Where do I begin. There were three workers talking to each other when we walked in, as soon as they saw us they all separated and immediately asked if we needed help. Only one of us was truly shopping but even then one of the workers brought us over to look at rings and they were truly amazing. First they just knew our ring size by looking and it was perfect each time. They didn’t even need to talk to us, their mannerisms alone sold us to buy something. Honestly fabulous work."
"The products were great, but it was weird. The customer service felt…weird. The workers would roll their eyes at us and acted as if we were wasting their time even though we came just to clean our bracelets. Although this is a review, the following is a fact about this store: This is the only Pandora I’ve went that requires a pandora membership card for cleaning on my pandora bracelet, so keep that in mind if you decide to come here for cleaning."
