"Johnny was excellent and Raffi (his father) were truly a pleasure to be around. I was in the market for a bracelet for my wife and wanted a bit of a personal touch. I had them give me a few options of what I can do with the different styles and they made it such an amazingly smooth process. It was going to be a gift for Christmas but I was too excited and gave it to her the same day I got it. So they are a blessing and a curse because now I have to look for a new gift for Christmas...
