"Ed was on time, friendly and did an ok job. I wasn’t pleased that he threw pesticide granules in my herb planters. Granted, the granules are organic, please provide me the entire list of what’s in it. I, also, wasn’t happy that he flipped over a cat food bowl full of kibble onto my floor versus just placing it on one of my tables. I had to clean up the mess and discard the food. I watched him as he sprayed atop my deck boxes and onto my fence versus where spiders and insects might be hiding. Chris did such an amazingly thorough job that I rarely saw an ant or spider, and he never sprayed INTO my herb garden but instead around it. He would pull all my animal food dishes out of the way and never overturned them, spilling all the contents."
