"If I could give this company a one star review, I would!! Potential Customers: I would highly suggest you Read This Review before calling them!! This company was referred to us by the roofing company who did our roof! AR Gutters is by far one of the worst service provider company I’ve encountered and dealt with. We hired them to provide us with a proposal to replace our gutters at our house. Right from the beginning I noticed the communication from the office was terrible. We waited two weeks to receive the estimate. Once we received we approved it and asked them to schedule us. I had to call them 3 times. Email them twice and didn’t receive any response. A month later, the office called and said they are ready to schedule. I was surprised that they bothered to get back to me after all this time. I told the office lady, Laura, due to their lack of communication, we couldn’t wait and hired a much reputable and responsive company and the job is already completed. Few days ago, I received an invoice of $250 (restock fee?). With a “20 days Preliminary Notice” which means that this company is going to plan on taking a legal action in a small claim court!!!! For $250!!! Unbelievable!! They never for once acknowledged that they have dropped the ball completely by not bothering to respond back to the three calls and two emails they received from me and still had the nerve to email & mail me an invoice with a legal action notice! I won’t recommend this to any family or friends and I recommend you the same, too!"

"I called AR and they were out to my home within an hour to look at the project and give me an estimate. They scheduled me for the next day, were on time, cleaned up, and finished promptly. What more can I ask for? Superb and professional service. The woman who received my call, Laura, was efficient and kept me informed. Great operation. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!"

"Actually $110 per hour is the going rate for sheet metal. I use A&R all the time for my pro gutter installs and sheet metal fabrication for chimney and skylight and roof to wall details. They never let me down. Great pricing, great service."
