"The store is poorly run. The manager was rude and lacked basic skills even as a human being. She’s rude, not helpful, she has NO salesman skills. She spent the entire time I was in there gossiping with co workers and she has a serious attitude problem. I will NOT be returning. Zero stars. Stephanie (I think her name was, was GREAT)"

"Great service from the amazing fun ladies there. Brought in my 12yo daughter for Spring break trip and the ladies made us feel special and gave us 20% off a nice rose gold necklace for my daughter. She loved it and made her feel special. I loved the swan and crystal chandeliers changing colors. Amazing interior design store. Thanks! Highly recommend."

"This beautiful chandelier caught my attention as I was walking by in a hurry. I wanted to get a quick picture. The sweet woman behind the counter noticed me taking a picture and motioned me to wait. She went through a door and turned on the pink lights. So beautiful. Thank you. BTW- I wasn’t shopping there today, but I do own a couple of pieces of Swarovski jewelry that I love."

"Told us we couldn’t use a coupon in the store on an Aladdin item because it was new in spite of other stores and corporate saying we could. It has now taken weeks to get this straightened out. After calling corporate and my local store I called Geary street back to discuss this and was given the phone number of a manager no longer employed by the company. Obviously there was nothing she could do and I shouldn’t have been given her number. I called back on the 7th and spoke with Molly who told me that’s what her director had told her. She said she’d call me back. I called on the 10th and was told she was running two stores which is why she hadn’t called me yet. Clearly she cannot handle this task load. She informed me that they were wrong and we could use our coupon (like we said). So now we have to go back to a local store (over an hour away) to fix an issue they caused. Molly was not apologetic about this. I would recommend visiting a different swarovski since every single store we’ve been to besides this one has never caused this sort of issue."
