"BE AWARE. Quality - 1 star. Customer Service - She will take you to court to have you buy her creation no matter what:) If any of you fox decide to buy Rosalina "jewelry" you may end up in court because you dispute her transaction due to her item to fall apart twice! She will disagree to fix it or take a return -- perhaps she is being desperate for any money of her jewelry even as little as $ 800. She told me that - "you wore it the way the ring loses stones". First time the ring lost a stone after wearing it ones and she agreed to replace it. The 2nd time - 4 stones were out and when I reached out she ghosted me ignoring my texts and calls for a long time. I shipped the ring to her office, she refused the package and texted me that she can't help me as 2 weeks period is over and she can fix it at my own expense. I had to dispute the transaction and Venmo took my side with all the evidences. She took me to real court months later almost a year from the event! -- she and her HUSBAND were present-- perhaps she were assuming I got rid of the ring, but it was sitting in my drawer in unopened package. I even had 2 fallen stones in my jewelry box which i had present in court for what she said " they were not from this ring". Faking them would have been impossible but what else will she say. She brought pictures to the court of when she was replacing the ring the 1 st time it happened during the lunch and she had photos perhaps assuming that I didn't have the ring anymore and she will sue me for disputing a transaction. PS. I was he only person who purchased her item at the event. She was screaming in court that she sells at Neimen Marcus for years for reason! -- go check on her :) I wasn't able to find her name there!.. not online, not at the actual store - none of the associates heard of her. The court ordered her to FIX HER ITEM as judge opened the package with the ring and saw that 4 stones out and ordered us to come back in a month. I didn't show up that day of the 2nd hearing. Now we will be go to court again for appealing for $800 piece! Designer and business person wanna be."
