"The worst tax service I received in my life! The person who did our taxes Vasil Pechko) did two big mistakes in our papers. He did not have his glasses with him and typed wrong the numbers (with one finger that took him a long time and charge us for his precious time). We went there for Sergio to do our taxes as someone recommended him to us and we ended up with this guy ( and no Sergio). He told us that Sergio is available for us only if there is something complicated that he can not do. We would not schedule the appointment at this office if we knew that. We felt tricked! We scheduled the initial appointment by end of January and they kept canceled us until March 30. What a nightmare!"

"Absolutely disappointed. We have worked with this company for several years and have had several big issues about their performance. In 2016 they sent all our contractors 1099 forms and failed to realize that all of the wages on the forms were wrong and did not notice there mistake until one month after they had already sent out the forms. After one year the same problem occurred when they sent W2 forms to all of our employees with the same issue, the wages were wrong again! Not once but twice they failed to resolve this problem. On top of that many mistakes were made in our quick book account, looks like whoever they hired to manage the account was a rookie and had no experience or knowledge to what he was doing at all. The person in charge of the company who can resolve any issue is the same person who never replies to his Emails, Texts, or Phone calls. Without him you will not even resolve the smallest issues even if its sending out a simple invoice. Vasil his right hand man is somebody that seems to lack focus on his job, He hangs up mid conversation when a situation is trying to be resolved and does not care to help or resolve any issues what so ever. But the most recent issue we have is that after cancelling our business account with the company, the owner of the business decided to charge our account a sum of money because he felt he was not getting paid enough for the time being that we were working with him, that is absolutely Ridiculous!"
