"I love this store! I bought my first Pandora bracelet there back in 2018 and I've been going there since then. Recently I stopped by to ask for a cleaning supply that I can use home. They offered free cleaning and took care of my bracelet and charms right away! It was super quick and made my bracelet look like a brand new one. Special thank you for Narun (I hope I pronounced her name correctly) for the help and the friendly and kind service! She was amazing!"

"I came in to purchase a Pandora Moments necklace, and another patron rudely cut before me in line, and basically DEMANDED to be given her in store pick up order. Well I’m in a wheelchair, and had my service animal with me, and clearly was upset about the situation! But the staff on duty that day were incredibly kind, fair, and amazingly helpful in regards to making my shopping experience a very pleasant one. Naron and Christian dealt with the patron’s inability to have and show manners, while also reassuring me that I would not be disregarded just because their customer was being immature and disrespectful. I was treated like a queen, and well the snotty nosed little princess was able to be content that day also. Awesome job guys. Keep up the good work. This particular Pandora’s Jewelry Store is very fortunate to have employees such as yourselves. I’m most definitely coming back, and recommending you guys to ALL my friends and associates."

"Quite difficult to find as it’s inside the shopping centre and as “new in the area” it took me a while to find the exact location. Regardless - really helpful staff who managed to find the last panda set in their storage quite quickly. Would definitely recommend even if it would be “just for the customer service”"

"Went in to look at a ring. One one the employees a white girl was there working with the manager (Kristen). The employee didn’t catch her name but was working there on 12/15/17 around 8:00 pm. We were treated like we were going to steal something. I am a regular pandora customer. It was my first and last time at this location. We asked that employee to see a ring we went with the intentions to purchase. She wasn’t in that moment assisting anyone and told us “I’m busy can you wait” not even a minute passed by when another customer asked her for help and she instantly help her. THAT WAS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL RIDE UN PROFESSIONAL PANDORA EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!! Asked to speak to the manager and all I was told was I’m so sorry. I will be taking this up with corporate. I will not be treated this way after spending over $20,000 at this company."
