"I was fully prepared to like this service and use them regularly; however, after multiple telephone exchanges and them cleaning my home to move in, I was very disappointed. I loved the website and the principles stated, but the communication was awful, along with the cleaning. Every single corner had dust on the floor of empty rooms and closets. There was absolutely nothing in the way to prevent them from cleaning the floors well. A pile of stuff from the cabinets and drawers was left on the counter. They even left a frozen ice block from the freezer to thaw on my brand new cast iron griddle, leaving a puddle. I'm giving them two stars as the toilets and bathrooms appeared okay enough, along with the kitchen counter tile. The oven looked better; however, I did find a residue left over that I needed to wipe off. Any follow-up with them was left up to me where it appeared I would be responsible for paying for any further cleaning. I figured if they can't even get the floors right, why would I use them again?"

"Called this service on a Tuesday and the outgoing message gave a different number to call/text. I texted and got an estimate and asked to schedule. I got no response. (I expect it is because I mentioned using the discount listed on their website…) Texted again the next day (Wednesday) with no response. Texted again the day after that (Thursday) and was told they have time on the date I requested and when I asked what time, they didn’t know because they weren’t at their calendar but they would get back to me the next day (Friday.) It is now Saturday and I am sick of pursuing them so I’m going with a service that is professional and responsive. It’s crazy to me that this place seems to not want my money. After days and days of asking to schedule, I am over it. I will never recommend Bee-Clene."

"Great cleaning job for a large home we’re selling. Kitchen cabinets and floor look new! Bathrooms are amazing! All nooks and crannies cleaned. Doorknobs look great. Old aluminum window bottom guides that accumulated dirt over the years were thoroughly cleaned. Lights cleaned perfectly. Fireplaces look great. Patty and her cleaning crew are amazing at a competitive price!"

"I called Bee-Clene to get my carpets cleaned and Patty, the owner, was very short with me (ie rude) and basically let me know they didn't want my business. After this I checked their yelp reviews and realized she did me a huge favor as most of their reviews are one star and cover a variety of their services. I'm not sure how they are still in business as there are too many great cleaning businesses in Santa Cruz to waste your time with Bee Clene. I won't be calling them again or recommending them."

"AWESOME JOB! I had Bee-Clene clean our new business top to bottom after some terrible construction dusted the whole place and it was speck free when they were done! They also cleaned and waxed the floors which came out amazing. I also had them come to my home and clean our house since we have company coming next week and I have zero time on my hands. I am SO HAPPY! It looks wonderful!! I will definitely be signing up for another house cleaning! Thanks for doing such a great job :)"
