"I suggest looking elsewhere I called them to clean my wood burning stove. The man/boy was late. He said he would look at the chimney on the roof, but couldn’t access the pipe because it was too tall. He came inside and asked me if he could take out a part of the stove. I said I didn’t know. I asked if he was licensed and he said he didn’t need one. He asked for the Wi-Fi password and sent several texts back and forth. Then told me he couldn’t do it because he couldn’t access the pipe? Then wanted to charge me $30 for a service call. Service call? He wasn’t even there 10 minutes and didn’t even provide an estimate of what he did - which wasn’t a surprise since he didn’t do anything. He did not provide any services. I paid but got the money back. Warning: I would not use this service. We felt scammed from the time he showed up. The ad said he was located in my town so I figured he was local, but he was located in SF about 1.5 hours away. When the main office phone called, it showed they were calling from Iowa. I should have looked for reviews then I would have discovered there were none."
