"I used to go to this place for years to replace my watch batteries. Now that Tanforan's about to close its doors as a shopping mall (2023), the proprietor is NOT reliable, lies about the bad, spent batteries and refuses to refund. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"They did a great job with repairing my rings! When I was almost due with my second child, my fingers started to swell up and I tried to take off my rings before going to the hospital but I couldn’t. My husband had to cut off my rings because my fingers swelled up so bad that my circulation was cutting off. I decided to come here after the baby’s birth once my fingers returned to normal. They offered to repair each ring at a great price ($50). They enlarged the rings and added extra gold to repair the gaps. It took a week but I’m incredibly happy with the result. I highly recommend them!"

I even urge my family and friends to either go here themselves or hand me their watches and jewelry to get them fixed here. Ark does incredible work and always provides great customer service. What I truly appreciate is that if/when an issue is beyond his expertise (a rarity out of the 30+ pieces I've brought to him), he lets me know up front and offers to contract the work out and ensures that it gets done quickly and carefully. He is always great at setting expectations (especially with how long a job will take, and ALWAYS let's me know as soon as possible if there are any delays) and describes what he will/won't can/cannot do with each piece. Battery replacements are done in as little as 5 min and are CHEAP!! Thanks Ark for all your great service over the years!!"
