"We had several issues with Jan Pro. Poor cleaning skills, rarely checked paper towel dispensers to see if low or empty. Never mopped floors. We called to discuss our issues a couple of times and was assured it would be handled. We then pulled out our contract that was signed a few years ago, only a few items in the contract were actually being completed. Once we brought that to their attention they decided we were no longer a customer of theirs and gave us 30 days notice. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
